Job Description:
We are seeking two talented and creative Web Designers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. As Web Designers, you will be responsible for designing and developing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to create engaging online experiences that meet our clients’ needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Designing dynamic website layouts and user interfaces using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
- Developing responsive and mobile-friendly website designs with a focus on aesthetic appeal.
- Implementing security features to ensure the safety of user data and website integrity.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and security measures.
- Creating graphics, icons, and other visual assets for web projects with attention to detail.
- Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve website functionality and aesthetics.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design, user experience, and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology (BSIT), Information Technology (BEIT), Software Engineering (BSSE), or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, development, or related roles.
- Preferably experienced candidates will be given preference.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, and Figma.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to customize and manage Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Knowledge of security best practices for web design and development.
- Additional qualification or experience with Microsoft Office 365 is a plus.
