Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business growth, with a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager at Green Tech Solutions Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services and demonstrating their value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Represent Green Tech Solutions Ltd at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the digital marketing or technology industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
